TME now offer this insulated spanner for installing or removing See-Tru third rail fixings. It is manufactured in steel to give superior working life over fibreglass alternatives. The tool incorporates a high-quality socket and tempered screwdriver bit for longer life.
Insulation is provided by at least two layers of approved non-conductive sheathing which is supplemented by plastic handles for better grip and control.
