SAMALITE RECHARGEABLE HEAD TORCHES

TME are pleased to bring you these new state-of-the-art, hands-free head lights and power belts, using the latest technology and environmentally friendly batteries.
Capable of providing over NINE hours lighting on a single charge, these lights are ideal for maintenance and renewals crews, inspection work, tunnels or underground conditions.
Developed with the same technical expertise that made the popular Samalite HD200 portable light and power unit, this new range takes portable lighting a giant stride forward.
The lamp heads are interchangeable so a comprehensive kit can be built, contained in a specially designed heavy duty carrying case. There is a hard hat mounting kit which again allows for the quick and easy change of heads from floodlight to spotlight and vice versa. A range of bulbs is available to provide standard or increased brightness. See the table of accessories and spares for more details.

Samalite HL100W13
This unique weatherproof head light gives a 180° wall of bright light and all-round vision, ensuring maximum safety. Tough enough for industry but light enough for comfort, weighing only 150g. It can be worn on its own or on a hard hat and is easily adjustable for a perfect fit. The light itself can be adjusted up and down to suit your needs. With dual bulbs giving over NINE hours of variable brightness it comes with an anti-glare lens to prevent dazzle.
Includes Powerbelt, mains charger, super 10W (8 hours run time) and super 15W (5+ hours run time) fitted.

This head light offers a long-range floodlight beam and will light areas up to 250 metres away. It will also dip for general use, giving over NINE hours running time. Built to the same high standards as the Samalite HL100W.

Samalite Powerbelt
The adjustable rigid Powerbelt is made from heavy-duty nylon and has a quick release buckle. It carries the Samalite powerpack which comprises the lightweight environmentally friendly Nickel Metal Hydride battery. The battery is curved for a comfort fit and the belt can also carry a range of other essential items. The Powerbelt comes complete with an intelligent mains charger which is designed to look after and prolong the life and running time of the battery.

This portable rechargeable headlamp has a powerful krypton bulb giving a 300m beam, a sealed 6 volt lead acid battery, and it is ideal for working on track at night "hands free."
Operating time is 8 hours of constant light. The Headlamp is weather proof, robust and made from a durable plastic.
Each torch comes complete with a single mains charger unit. A six unit multi-charger is also available seperately.
Headlamp is shown here affixed to a safety helmet - it is not designed to be used with a helmet.

This portable recharge Torch has a powerful 400m (1200 yard) beam, 8 hour constant light before recharging from mains or vehicle cigar lighter socket, with a reflector which concentrates the light beam forward. The torch is made from a yellow coloured plastic, water proof and available with shoulder strap & stand.

Each torch comes complete with a mains and car cigar lighter charger unit.

Samalite Lamp

The TME Samalite HD200 is a unique source of light and power, widely used by emergency response groups, inspection and maintenance staff, it is ideally suited to a railway environment.
It is the answer to providing silent, instant light and power where no mains electricity or generator is available. It provides a powerful 500 metre searchlight beam, which will dip for general use, and a hands free, detachable telescopic floodlight, giving 180 degree wall of bright light. The same unit also powers any 12 volt emergency equipment.
Heavy duty but light in weight, The TME Samalite HD200 is heat, water and fuel resistant, with a high impact polyurethane body and shatterproof polycarbonate lenses.
Specification:

Portable Rechargeable Torch with main and dip light.
Mini Tower Floodlight on a telescopic pole which extends from 42cm to 85 cm.
The Light has four bulbs:
20w Searchlight in torch body - runs for 4 hours on a single charge.
10w Dip beam - runs for 8 hours.
Switchable 10w lamp or 15w lamp in the tower floodlamp runs for 8 or 5.5 hours respectively.

Samalite Lamp

Comes complete with 240v mains charger, vehicle charger, accessory leads and rugged yellow plastic carrying case.
