TME now market a range of Pandrol FASTCLIP™ Hand Tools. They have been designed and manufactured to work with all combinations of concrete or steel sleepers and Pandrol Fastclips used on the UK network. They will work for Pandrol’s RED (F41/W500 Sleeper) and GREEN (G44/W600 Sleeper) Fastclip.

The Extractor Tool is fitted with a stop gauge to prevent over-extraction of the Fastclip.

The TME Inserter Tool can be quickly adjusted by using the second hole on the cantilever to allow for those Fastclips which have been over-extracted.

TME also offer Fastclip Side Rollers and Under Rollers for de-stressing work. Please quote the rail section in use at time of enquiry - there are different rollers for different rails. Our side roller wheels are colour co-ordinated to Pandrol's insulator colours for ease of use during installation. The Side Rollers and Under Rollers are made from bright steel for longer life and resistance to rust.
